What connection is right for your business?
ADSL (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) Broadband
ADSL is an entry-level business Broadband, delivered over an analogue phone line.
It is ideal as a primary internet connection for smaller businesses or branch offices with light internet use or as a backup to a fibre service in larger offices.
FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) Fibre Broadband
FTTC is delivered over an analogue phone line and is much quicker than ADSL with speeds of up to 80Mbps depending on your location.
It is reliable and simple to install, however, this product is not currently available to all UK addresses.
EFM (Ethernet First Mile)
EFM offers the speed, security and reliability of a Fibre Leased Line, but at a fraction of the cost.
Existing copper lines are used to connect your business to the local exchange, often meaning installation is simpler and quicker than a Fibre Leased Line.
With synchronous upload and download speeds of 2Mb to 20Mb available in most locations, EFM is ideal for organisations that regularly share large volumes of data or applications between remote sites.
Fibre Leased Line
If your business depends on being connected to the internet, then a Fibre Leased Line is the number one choice for reliability, security and speed.
A Fibre Leased Line is a dedicated connection delivered directly to your premises from the local exchange, providing robust, reliable and guaranteed performance irrespective of the line length. It is the ideal option for businesses that regard reliable, high-speed internet access as mission critical.
Fusion’s Fibre Leased Lines provide businesses with symmetrical upload and download speeds -from 10Mb up to fully enabled 1Gb circuits – tailored to your exact business requirements so that there is no wastage and you only pay for the bandwidth you need.
Although prices for Leased Lines seem considerably more than other Business Connectivity options, businesses pay a premium monthly rate for a fully managed, enterprise-grade, low-latency connection backed-up by Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Wireless Fibre delivers up to 1GB symmetrical Broadband internet connectivity over airwaves.
Unlike a traditional Fibre Leased Line which works under the ground and can take up to 90 days to install, our Wireless Fibre service can be installed in as little as 7 working days by avoiding the need for unnecessary construction works such as digging up the ground.
As well as a standalone service, Wireless Fibre can be used as a temporary solution whilst waiting for Fibre to be delivered or as a permanent failover to a Fibre Leased Line.
MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) Network
MPLS is a highly secure, cost-effective and high-performance network solution that enables fast, reliable communications between multiple offices – irrespective of their geographic location.
This is a fully bespoke install, specifically designed to meet the needs of individual businesses, combining a range of technologies linking multiple sites or international locations.
The high-speed connectivity provided by a Fusion MPLS solution will carry your business’s communications quickly, effectively and securely. MPLS is also highly scalable and future-proofed, enabling your solution to be easily adapted to meet changing business requirements.
