Fusion launches business Mobile Telecoms division
In a move designed to deliver a complete communications service to customers, Fusion has launched a dedicated business mobile division: Fusion Mobile.
Led by a highly experienced group of mobile experts, the Fusion mobile division offers a fully managed service for businesses. Customers will deal with a single Fusion account manager for all contract, device and support issues. Fusion works with the three major networks (Vodafone, O2 and EE) meaning customers can use their preferred provider without having to use the traditional customer support channels.
Customers will also be able to access Mobile Device Management (MDM) technology, which enables mobile business devices to be managed centrally. The MDM tools by Fusion Mobile allow managers to precisely manage updates, security and define which apps and privileges are allowed on each device.
The Fusion mobile division team will be managed by Kelly Parnell. Having worked within the mobile sector for more than eight years, Kelly has witnessed the emergence of mobile devices as indispensable business tools. “Mobile devices are the lifeblood of the majority of organisations. Busy business owners need their mobile devices to work and don’t have time to deal with support problems or contract adjustments. By creating this mobile division, we will be able to provide the same seamless service that Fusion customers expect. Fusion Mobile customers will get the best tariffs, the best devices and the best support experience,” says Kelly.
Nick Dutfield, sales director for Fusion, explains why the addition of Fusion Mobile is such a benefit for customers. “Customers using our voice, data and connectivity services are accustomed to exceptional service and this announcement means we can continue this legacy with business mobiles. I’m so pleased we have someone of Kelly’s calibre leading Fusion Mobile and the team she has working with her will deliver the standard of service our customers expect.”
