I would like to take the time to give a special thanks and to say how impressed we were with mike, not only with his easy going yet professional  manner, but with his technical expertise and his clear communication of that knowledge. This became apparent during the training sessions he covered, when he was able to address user issues on the spot and tailor the system accordingly. While he modestly said he was “not a trainer” he was very patient with some difficult personalities, not only addressing the needs of main users but minimal users alike. We all found the training useful. He has been invaluable throughout the new system setup and made it a very relaxed and stress less project.

Yorkshire Gas and Power had a requirement for a cloud based telephony platform that would initially deliver 15 users but could expand as our business grows.
